You'll practically smell the crisp mountain air as you step into our Log Cabin Kitchen. We have truly taken a piece of the Colorado Heritage and crafted it into a fine piece of cabinetry.
The cabinets are constructed of Rustic Knotty Hickory, while the island is accented in actual elm trunk trimmings! What an awesome combination. Even the doors' knobs and pulls are truly customized, as the island is adorned in fish-shaped pulls, while the kitchen pulls are actually hand whittled.
To bring yet more of the mountains into our showcase, we have used solid surface material with a look of granite for the countertops. And to give it more of that Rocky Mountain flair, we hand chipped the entire countertop edge giving it a rustic, masculine feel as opposed to the ordinary smooth-polished look.
Adding a bit of country into our kitchen, we have accented our corner cabinet in chicken wire, instead of the usual glass. And who wouldn't like the open basket pullout drawers on the front of the island with easy access to your fruits or vegetables.
The simplicity of the Log Cabin Kitchen, combined with our never ending attention to detail, truly makes this kitchen one of form and function.
